I had my main light on my reef die and am having to make due with a cheap fix for now. Saving for a new light, but this would really help.

Marco V February 6, 2014 at 8:56 am

This would be great over my bowfront!

Kelly February 6, 2014 at 9:02 am

This would add to the system I already have and would be so cool under my tank to help my plants grow.

Dale French February 6, 2014 at 9:02 am

LEDs would be so much better than the stock T8 on my planted right now. I have a CO2 setup that has been in the closet because I’m just running low-tech right now. Can’t imagine how great my tank would be with LED and CO2!

Lauren musquiz February 6, 2014 at 9:06 am

I need a new light my led light stopped working on my tank.

natalie petit February 6, 2014 at 9:07 am

This would be a perfect light for an upgrade on my tank. Or even better I would gift to my mother in law for her first tank so she would no longer have stock t8 lighting.

Alivia Benavidez February 6, 2014 at 9:10 am

wayne cassineri February 6, 2014 at 9:33 am

I would set up a 4th tank for the kids we have 3 saltwater tanks. But I would love for them to learn how to set up and build a 55 Gal planted & aquascape freshwater tank.

sharon krumm February 6, 2014 at 10:55 am

long story short, i’ve been layed up in my house due to my back, so my son & daughter-in law started me a salt water fish tank, I’m on a very fixed income, so I really need a great light for my tank. this light would be great for maintaining my tank as well as looking beautiful!! I hope I can win this light so I can enjoy my fish even more! thank you so much for this chance to enter to win it, sincerely Sharon Krumm from Michigan

Sara ryder February 6, 2014 at 10:56 am

This light fixture would be a great necessity on our tank in my class room.
I’m a 8th grade science teacher and the one thing I teach is the ecology of plants/animals. This would be a great upgrade to the hand me down compact lighting that we have over the tank it would allow me to upgrade the size of our tank. If we had this light I would be able to consider more options to be displayed and in return the kids would have more to learn about. I hope I get consider. Thanks! Sara

brad stone February 6, 2014 at 11:04 am

LED are the best light for any tank and i hope one day I will be having one best LED.

Jeff February 6, 2014 at 11:05 am

I love plants, need to upgrade my plant tank and some modern lighting would be great. The 8 year old (thats right, 8 at least) algea eating shrimp currently cleaning the tank would show up soo much better with one of these beauties lightting them up.

Brian DeLuca February 6, 2014 at 11:07 am

I have a 72 gallon chiclid tank and my light just isn’t showing off how beautiful my fish really are and they truly deserved to be shown off.

Patrick Ross February 6, 2014 at 11:07 am

This would make a great supplemental light for my nano reef.

Adam Ramjattan February 6, 2014 at 11:49 am

John Esteveds February 6, 2014 at 1:00 pm

I would love to win this light , I am currently in the process of setting up an aquarium for our day program for disabled clients. I would like to do a group project showing them about the various life forms in both a planted and a fresh water ecosystem. I would use this light on a planted tank to grow various plant life and teach them about the nitrogen cycle and plant uptake of nutrients , not alll will understand but it will be very therapeutic for them to have a classroom aquarium and I think this light would look very nice atop a tank versus a standard hood! The LED would also help us save on energy costs and add less heat to the room , two great bonus features ! and I love that it has the timer as well so its more hands off and user friendly! The size we are doing is a 20 gallon tall and 20 gallon long , we also have a 40 gallon breeder

Daniel law February 6, 2014 at 1:04 pm

Oh my goodness, this would be perfect! I’ve been on the hunt for a few weeks now for ideas on changing my lighting over to led. This would solve my prob!!! And since my setup is 90% marineland anyway (with absolutely no probs), I would be well satisfied & very grateful with this!!!! ????????????

Rich K February 7, 2014 at 7:29 am

I am attempting my first saltwater tank and the led lights have been out of my price range. I would love to have them on my tank!

James Doye February 7, 2014 at 10:20 am

This would be great in my son’s room. I can’t afford a new light fixture for his tank and am using T12′s since the old fixture died. It would make him so happy to have his tank lit up again!
