Westminster Dog Show – Night 1 – Group Competition Review

Tonight we saw competition in the first four groups: Hound, Toy, Non-Sporting and Herding.

Hound Group Winner: Whippet

Winners in the Hound Group were:

Group 1: Whippet – Ch. Starline’s Chanel
Group 2: Greyhound – Ch. Grandcru Clos Erasmus
Group 3: Scottish Deerhound – Ch. Foxcliffe Hickory Wind
Group 4: PBGV – Ch. Rokeena Carte Blanche

Group 1: Poodle – Ch. Smash JP Moon Walk

Toy Group Winner: Poodle

Winners in the Toy Group were:

Group 2: Pekingese – Ch. Linn-Lee’s For The Good Times

The last three Groups to compete tomorrow night will be the Sporting, Working and Terrier Groups. The winners of those three groups will advance to face the Group 1 winners listed above for Best in Show!
